Strategy
Decides what the brand should stand for, and to whom.
Our Process
Six stages from the first conversation to the result — predictable where it protects you, open where it matters.
Why We Exist
Brand, design, technology, and marketing are usually sold as separate services by separate vendors — which means the business ends up gluing the strategy together itself. Mediatrix exists to close that gap. We built one team that can move from positioning to pixel to performance without a handoff in between.
People don’t remember brands because they tried hard. They remember brands that gave them a reason to. Every project starts with the same question: what will make someone notice this, and what will make them keep it in mind after they’ve scrolled past everything else. The Neuro Loop — our documented behavioural framework — is how we answer it.
Our Approach
Five disciplines, working as one system.
01
Decides what the brand should stand for, and to whom.
02
Decides how that positioning is felt, noticed, and remembered.
03
Gives the strategy a form people can recognize and trust.
04
Makes sure that form actually works — fast, functional, and built to last.
05
Puts it all in front of the right people, and proves what it’s worth.
None of these work in isolation. That’s the whole point of having one team build all five.
Our Process
Every project follows the same six stages — not because creativity should be predictable, but because the businesses we work with can’t afford for it to be random.
Stage 01
We learn the business before we touch the brand.
Stage 02
We find out what’s actually not working, and why.
Stage 03
We build the plan the creative will follow.
Stage 04
We design and build what the strategy calls for.
Stage 05
We put it in front of the people it was made for.
Stage 06
We use what happens next to make it better.

Why Mediatrix
01
We don’t design first and explain it later. Every visual decision traces back to a strategic one — positioning, audience, objective. If we can’t explain why something exists, it doesn’t ship.
02
Attention, memory, and decision-making follow patterns. We design with them, not against them — using what’s understood about how people actually notice, feel, and act.
03
Beautiful and forgettable are not opposites — they happen together more often than either of us would like. We design to be noticed first, admired second.
04
Every project has a business reason to exist. We measure our work by what it moved — leads, conversions, recognition — not by how it looks in a case study.
